Ladies and gentlemen!!!!!!!!  This is the week of the Reebok CrossFit Games.  What you and I (maybe mostly I) have been waiting for!  Do yourself a favor and go to the games website to keep up with all of the happenings this weekend.  Since we are pretty obsessed with it you will end up doing some of those workouts sooner or later at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay.
